Purchase Order Reception Analyst Representative Expert
Requirements:
The Purchase Order Reception Analyst Representative will ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant validation of customer purchase orders (primarily focused on U.S. Federal customers) - setting the foundation for seamless order fulfillment and supporting our commitment to exceptional customer experience.
Responsabilities:
- Review and validate customer purchase orders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established guidelines.
- Request and follow up on required PO corrections prior to acceptance.
- Accept and update PO status in systems while maintaining accurate documentation for reporting and audit needs.
- Collaborate with order execution, customer-facing teams, sales, and contract teams to resolve issues and improve workflow efficiency.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying root causes and recommending sustainable solutions.
- Follow organizational policies and regulatory requirements; participate in trainings on tools and process updates.
- Qualifications:
- Education & Experience Recommended
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- Legal & Work Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Must possess valid U.S. identification (passport or drivers license).
- U.S. social security number required
- This position is based in Guadalajara, Mexico.
- Knowledge & Skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Office 365; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
- Intermediate to advance Excel skills preferred.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve issues independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
