Apprentice Engineer

Job Title: Apprentice – Refrigeration Engineer JOB FAMILY Engineering PURPOSE OF ROLE The purpose of this role is to support the development of a motivated Engineering Apprentice within the refrigeration field, providing hands-on experience alongside structured learning. You will gain a strong understanding of key engineering principles, including how refrigeration systems are designed, installed, maintained, and repaired. Working alongside experienced engineers, you’ll build practical skills while learning to follow strict health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment at all times. This role is designed to help you grow your technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and confidence, while studying towards your Level 3 apprenticeship qualification and building the foundations for a long-term career in engineering. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES To attend college and complete all set training in a timely fashion and to the correct pass rate. To shadow site engineering mentor and follow instructions for onsite learning. To follow all health and safety and site rules. Have good time and attendance Need to add more technical stuff here….. PERFORMANCE MEASURES Ensure adherence to Safe Working Practices at all times Comply with Hilton plc Health Safety Framework All college work to be completed in full, on time and to the correct standard.
