Job Description

  • Develop, test, and standardize high-quality recipes across Arabian, and International cuisines.

  • Curate distinctive culinary concepts and dining experiences that elevate guest satisfaction.

  • Lead, train, and mentor kitchen teams to ensure consistency, creativity, and excellence.

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times.

  • Manage food cost, inventory, supplier relationships, and waste control efficiently.

  • Collaborate with management on new openings, menu launches, and seasonal promotions.

  • Stay updated on global culinary trends while respecting authentic flavors and techniques.

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-end fine dine concept restaurant

  • Strong knowledge of at least one of these cuisines - Arabian, International cuisines.

  • Demonstrated ability to create original recipes and innovative menus.

  • Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse kitchen teams.

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and cost-control skills.

  • Formal culinary education is preferred.

  • Experience working in the Middle East is an advantage
