Manufacturing Engineer

The Manufacturing Engineer designs, develops, and improves the processes that bring precision aerospace components: including ballscrews, actuators, and motion-control assemblies from design intent to production execution at Beaver Aerospace & Defense, a Héroux-Devtek company. Working at the intersection of Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain, this role owns manufacturing methods, operations sheets, and day-to-day production concerns across a mixed portfolio of precision components. The successful candidate is autonomous, proactive, and intellectually curious, someone who ramps quickly on new product lines, asks the right questions, and drives end-to-end problems to resolution regardless of where they originate.
