Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager specializing in Customer Experience-centric software application development project management to oversee our key digital initiatives. We need a leader who does more than just oversee a build you ensure its ultimate market success.
The ideal candidate combines technical acumen with Agile coaching to guide cross-functional teams through Agile transformation. Leveraging a deep understanding of go-to-market (GTM) execution and change management, you will seamlessly transition new, CX-centric applications from the development pipeline to a live, widely adopted environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and facilitate the creation of Project Charters by collaborating with stakeholders to convert business cases into defined scope, timelines, budget, and measurable success criteria.
· Manage end-to-end delivery of eCommerce technology projects, ensuring on-time, in-scope, and within-budget execution.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including but not limited to engineering, QA, product, UX, and business stakeholders) to drive alignment, change management and delivery.
· Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) to ensure effective team execution.
· Support Agile adoption by coaching teams and stakeholders on best practices and fostering continuous improvement.
· Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues; remove impediments to maintain delivery momentum.
· Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
· Monitor project progress using KPIs (e.g., velocity, timelines, quality) and provide regular status reporting to leadership.
· Ensure delivery of scalable eCommerce solutions, including integrations, checkout, catalog, and performance optimization.
· Drive process improvements and apply appropriate project management methodologies based on team maturity and project needs.
Qualifications
Education:
· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields, or equivalent experience
· PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), or equivalent certification is a plus.
Experience:
· 4–7 years of experience in project management for software development, preferably Digital Experience.
· Hands-on experience working with Agile/Scrum teams, especially in environments transitioning from traditional methodologies.
Preferred
· Experience with working in high-growth environments.
· Exposure to digital marketing, analytics, and digital experience optimization.
· Experience with specific eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento/Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
Required Skills & Competencies
· Solid understanding of eCommerce platforms, web technologies, APIs, and systems integration.
· Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project management methodologies.
· Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Monday.com).
· Strong planning, estimation, and dependency management skills.
· Effective stakeholder management and communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
· Ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and guide teams to adopt Agile practices.
· Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively identify and resolve risks and issues.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
· Data-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs and reporting project performance.
· Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
