Credit Risk Review Analyst
Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable professional to support the administration and ongoing management of commercial mortgage relationships. This role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently, work independently with minimal supervision, and collaborate effectively across internal teams.
Key responsibilities include negotiating mortgage renewals, collecting and maintaining accurate client information, and completing streamlined annual reviews. The role also provides stewardship over real estate lending procedures and ensures data integrity across internal systems.
In addition, the incumbent will provide back-up support to the commercial mortgage closing team and must demonstrate a solid understanding of the commercial mortgage space, along with familiarity with bank accounting systems.
Position Responsibilities:
Negotiate terms and process renewals of matured commercial mortgages and sub-accounts of commercial MOne facilities within the administrative purview of both the bank and Real Estate Finance Group
Conduct annual monitoring/client touchpoints for a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, on a timely basis
Serve as back-up to commercial mortgage closing officer(s)
Stewardship of the business unit's procedures
Ad hoc reporting, research and sundry tasks assigned by supervisor from time to time.
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years related work experience in the commercial real estate space
Post-secondary education
Exemplary written and verbal proficiency in the English language
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in both of Canada's official languages
Industry credentials (ex. AMP, PMPC, etc)

Salary range is expected to be between
$51,975.00 CAD - $86,625.00 CADEmployees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
