
Full-Time Warehouse Worker
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
· Load, unload, and move products to correct departments
· Price merchandise according to guidelines
· Track production numbers and complete reports
· Maintain organized work areas and clean environment
· Operate warehouse equipment as trained
· Follow safety protocols and procedures
Donation Processing
· Assist donors with donation drop-offs
· Complete donation receipts accurately
· Collect and track donor information
· Process various types of donations including:
o Clothing and accessories
o Household items
o Electronics
o Furniture and antiques
o Jewelry and collectibles
Equipment Operation May be trained to operate:
· Baler
· Compactor
· Forklift
· Elevator
· Other warehouse equipment
Qualifications
Required Education & Experience
· High School Diploma preferred
· Must read, write, and speak English proficiently
· Warehouse experience beneficial
· Customer service experience helpful
Skills & Abilities
· Strong attention to detail
· Basic math and reporting skills
· Good manual dexterity
· Excellent communication abilities
· Team-oriented mindset
Physical Requirements
· Regular lifting up to 50 pounds
· Occasional lifting up to 100 pounds
· Extended standing and walking
· Frequent bending and reaching
· Clear vision and depth perception
· Ability to operate equipment safely
