Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
- Welcomes all guests, in a courteous and friendly manner, upon arrival.
- Loads and unloads luggage from vehicles including, but not limited to private cars, guests rental cars, taxis, coaches and mini-vans, and the like. Delivers and retrieves guest luggage to and from rooms.
- Accompanies guests to their rooms upon arrival. Confirms guest room is to the guest’s satisfaction and up to standard.
- Assists with group arrivals and departures.
- Accepts and records deliveries for guests. Informs Service Express Command Centre about such requests.
- Transports deliveries to guest rooms including but not limited to messages, flowers and packages.
