Registered Dietitian

This role collaboratively develops, implements, and monitors clinical nutrition care for patients receiving enteral and parenteral nutrition as part of the Nutrition Support Team. The position involves assessing medical history, anthropometrics, laboratory data, and insurance requirements to guide appropriate nutrition interventions, ensure continuity of care, and support safe transition to home nutrition therapy. The role also includes patient and caregiver education to promote understanding, adherence, and optimal outcomes with prescribed nutrition support regimens.   Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30am - 5:30pm / Remote
