Job Description

The role is focused specifically on preparing information to support Business Rates CCA Process. This is written as a supporting / junior professional task list and is intended to sit beneath surveyor review and sign‑off.

  1. Rental Data Review and input into GLHIMS.
  2. Transfer of data into Valuation template. (Check Team process in place)
  3. Submission of Checks.
