- Performs routine tasks such as phone setup, voicemail configuration, password resets, and basic user support.
- Responds to low-complexity service tickets and escalate issues as appropriate.
- Provides on-site and remote support for common voice and telephone issues.
- Performs basic troubleshooting of voice related equipment.
- Supports routine maintenance activities following established procedures.
- Assists in maintaining inventory of telecommunications equipment and supplies.
- Documents work performed, service requests, and updates according to standards.
- Coordinates with team members on basic voice and data cabling activities as needed.
- Learns and adheres to organizational policies, security standards, and compliance requirements.
- Works collaboratively with team members to support system reliability and customer satisfaction.
- Participates in training and skill development related to voice technologies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Basic verbal and written communication skills. [Preferred]
- Ability to follow technical instructions and procedures. [Preferred]
- Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. [Preferred]
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team. [Preferred]
- Familiarity with telephones, computers and office equipment. [Preferred]
- Foundational knowledge of voice, PBX, and VoIP concepts. [Preferred]

Pay Range:
