Join the System-Level Test Product Development Engineering (SLT-PDE) team, where we design and deploy cutting-edge test solutions that ensure the quality and performance of Apple's next-generation SoCs and semiconductor devices. Our work sits at the intersection of hardware, software, AI/ML automation, and high-volume manufacturing — and directly influences the reliability and user experience of products used by millions around the world. We're not just running tests — we're building the AI-native debug and characterization platform that turns terabytes of factory and bring-up data into actionable engineering insight in seconds, redefining what "test engineering" looks like in the era of agentic AI. In this role, you will drive the creation, deployment, and continuous improvement of system-level test methodologies for advanced silicon devices. You will use your strong software and debugging skills to bring up new silicon in early development and ensure robust, scalable solutions as products move into mass production. You will collaborate closely across cross-functional teams in hardware, firmware, software, and factory operations — and increasingly, partner with AI-assisted workflows that amplify every engineer's reach.
