Job Description
Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Innovation Define and communicate a clear vision and roadmap for the customer digital platform, aligning with business goals
Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies, including AI/ML, to enhance solution quality and operational efficiency
Drive innovation initiatives, including the development of advanced features such as chatbots, voicebots, and AI-powered customer engagement tools on Azure cloud
Solution Architecture & Delivery Oversee end-to-end architecture design, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions
Lead large, complex projects, coordinating cross-functional teams including developers, architects, BAs, QAs, and vendors
Ensure solutions adhere to best practices, compliance standards, and are delivered on time and within budget
Team Leadership & Development Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of full-stack developers, architects, and technical specialists
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and technical excellence
Conduct performance reviews, career development discussions, and ensure team skills align with strategic needs
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Act as a senior technical advisor to business stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable technical strategies
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Establish and maintain strong relationships with Group Office, local IT teams, and external partners
Business & Industry Insights Monitor industry trends and emerging digital technologies to inform strategic planning
Lead efforts in leveraging AI and other innovative solutions to create competitive advantages
Analyze data and generate insights to support strategic decision-making
: Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline; Master’s degree preferred
Experience: 8+ years of full lifecycle software development experience, with at least 3 years in a senior/leadership role managing large-scale digital projects
Technical Skills: Deep expertise in full-stack development (JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, ReactJS, Node.js)
Proven experience with cloud platforms, especially Azure, including cloud-native application design, microservices, containers, and API management
Strong knowledge of data architecture, databases (MS SQL), and integration patterns
Experience with AI/ML technologies, including developing or integrating AI solutions
Leadership & Soft Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to influence at senior levels
Proactive, innovative, and adaptable in a fast-changing environment
