The General Manager, Strategy & Office of the CE drives the strategic direction and operational effectiveness of icare by integrating enterprise strategy and execution. Acting as a trusted advisor and key enabler for the CE and Group Executive Team, this role ensures that icare’s strategic priorities are translated into clear plans, well-governed portfolios, and measurable outcomes. The position acts as a central point of coordination across the organisation to ensure that strategy, investment decisions and key initiatives are aligned with the organisation’s long-term objectives.
