· To perform telemarketing activities to sell various baking products (Personal Loan, Credit Cards, Balance Transfer, Insurance, Deposits etc.) as per campaign assignment.
· To perform up-sell & cross sell activities to achieve higher sales performance.
· To achieve all KPIs as per campaign requirement.
· To provide workable resolution to customer’s enquiries.
· To liaise with inter-department and branches on Customers’ enquiries.
· To assist Team Leader or Unit Head on any ad-hoc projects.
Job Requirement
· Recognized Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
· SPM holders with relevant experience can be considered.
· Fresh graduates with the right determination, passion and drive will also be considered.
· Processes the passion for sales and marketing.
· Excellent persuasion skill & target driven.
· Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
· Able to cope well under pressure.
· Goal oriented and a strong team player.
· Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
· Ability to speak in Mandarin or any others 3rd language will be an added advantage.
· Computer literate.
