Maintenance Technician I (Rohlffs Manor II and III - 1214, 1215)

This position is for a full-time Maintenance Technician I to work at Rohlff's Manor I and II, 355-unit affordable senior housing community in Napa, CA. This is a Tax Credit property. Qualified candidates must have 1+ year of related apartment maintenance experience, knowledge and skills in plumbing, electrical and general maintenance. Must have a CADL, clean DMV record and reliable transportation. Must have basic computer knowledge. Salary range: $21.00 - $32.00 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $21.00- 26.50 per hour, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.
