Service Line Director- Women's Health, Behavioral Health, and Primary Care

What you'll do
• Financial Resource Management
• Plans, develops and implements the operational budget and assumes accountability to report variances and manage budgets.
• Ensures that all departmental capital and operating budgets are developed in a timely and accurate manner. Ensures that budgets link effectively to the corporate strategic and annual operating plans.
• Monthly financial analyses are available to dyad chief and executive leaders
• Ensures special funds accounts are utilized according to policy.
• Monitors accomplishment of agreed upon objectives at the departmental level; and where appropriate, institutes corrective actions, including reallocating resources, reprioritizing, and/or recommending modifications to established plans.
• Develops service improvements, management systems, expense control programs etc. to ensure achievement of financial objectives.
• Negotiate annual budgets to maximize financial support for applicable programs.
• Ensures compliance with reimbursement regulations and provides information to maximize reimbursement funding.
• Clinical Oversight (if applicable)

• Prepares a range of written reports relating to department and committee reporting
• Accepts responsibility for providing a Just Culture.
• Conducts self in manner to achieve results in ways consistent with the organizational values and provides a constructive example for others to do likewise.
• Fosters quality/cost accountability and systematic outcomes/improvements. Assures progress of projects and committee activities.
• Creates, develops and implements patient care indicators/strategies to enhance patient care and patient satisfaction.
• Develops implements and evaluates network policies and procedures to ensure compliance with requirements of regulatory bodies
• Responds promptly when service expectations have not been met
• Proactively identifies potential and actual safety issues
• Adheres to network policies and procedures at all times.

What we need from you
Education
- Bachelor's Degree -or- 2 year associate's in healthcare with 2 additional years of management level experience, required.
Experience
- 5 years of Management/Leadership experience, required
- 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting, required
- Experience in an Ambulatory setting, required
License/Certification
- Valid Driver's license, required
- CMPE or ACHE certification, preferred

Pay Range
Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards. The above compensation range represents a good faith belief of the compensation range by Bassett Healthcare Network, and its entities and affiliates, at the time of this posting or advertisement.
Pay Range Minimum:
USD $109,200.00/Yr.
Pay Range Maximum:
USD $163,779.20/Yr.
