Job Description

-Works closely with Senior Management in providing insights and regulatory guidance to all Philippines sites
-Mediates and resolves complex employee relations issues and address grievances
-Conducts scheduled and unscheduled compliance/risk audits and releases audit observation to the Senior Management
-Reviews, prepares and ensures green status in Statutory, External/Internal audits such as Sarbanes-Oxley audit, Entity Level Controls audit
-Releases Compliance Status Dashboard for HR Business units
-Partners with HR and operations to ensure effective deployment of HR policies and practices
-Creates awareness and educates HR business partners with existing and new employee related rules and regulations
-Implements initiatives and to setup compliance framework for new business/location
-Drafts and implements process and policy improvements
-Create and update HR-related policies and processes to ensure that programs are compliant with regulatory requirements and labor laws, and aligned with existing business practices.
-Acts as a subject matter expert in the interpretation of labor laws, HR programs and practices.
-Ensures the compliance of HR business units with existing policies, processes, and regulatory requirements such as the Labor Code, Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act, and Data Privacy Act of 2012.
