- Assist in Front Office operations in a successful 5-star hotel
- Deliver customer service based on hotel standard and procedures
- Conduct up-selling and cross-selling to maximize hotel revenue
Are you vibrant with?
- Related customer service experience
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Fabulous communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy, good with details
- Able to work cheerfully under pressure, juggle deadlines and priorities
- Manage overnight duties
