Location: Hybrid – Must live within 25 miles of a major airport in the Dallas, TX market
Travel: Up to 85% nationwide travel
- Support new center openings including staffing, licensing, training, and operational readiness
- Train and coach Center Directors and leadership teams on TLE standards and systems
- Ensure compliance with state childcare regulations and brand standards
- Partner with Marketing and Operations teams to support enrollment growth and center performance
- Analyze operational KPIs, staffing, enrollment, and financial performance to identify improvement opportunities
- Travel extensively to provide onsite opening support nationwide
- 3+ years of experience in multi-unit operations, franchise operations, childcare, hospitality, or retail leadership
- Childcare experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent leadership experience
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Must be comfortable with up to 85% travel and flexible scheduling
