Job Description
We are looking for a full-time, experienced Window/Door/Sunroom/Siding installer to join our team of employee installers. Benefits include PTO, Healthcare, and a generous compensation package.

Primary Job Responsibilities
- Installation of Windows, Doors, Sunrooms and Siding
- Maintaining great customer service and communications throughout entire project
- Manage one or two other people at job site in supporting roles
- Work with other installation crews on larger projects
- Ensure company truck is maintained and equipped with all the parts, product, tools, and resources necessary to complete assigned projects
Qualifications
- Installation experience preferred and on the job training available to enhance skills.
- Must Have Great Communication Skills
- Must Have Basic Carpentry Skills
- Must have ability to troubleshoot installation and environmental conditions of existing structures
- Driver's License preferred
- Must Be Able to Pass a Background Check
- Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment required for installation of windows, doors, sunrooms and siding (Powered saws, hammers, rulers, etc.)
- Must be comfortable working at heights associated with residential and light commercial installations and the use of ladders and lifts to support those
- Willingness to follow and enforce all company and safety guidelines at all times
Qualifications Preferred
- Current Lead Certification and OSHA 10 completion preferred (these are required for the position but can coordinated once employed, if need be)
- Ability to conduct repairs or maintenance of equipment and installations, as required
- Willingness to learn new skills on the job
- Current DOT/physical or ability to comply with regulations
Wages
- $16.00 - $20.00 - Negotiable based on skill set and experience
