Job Description
Job Function: District Sales Manager, Southern California, Newborn Care
Job Family: Direct Sales (IC)
Job Overview:
Promotes the sale of products to new and established customers to achieve sales objectives and greater market penetration. Develops and services assigned customers and maintains preferred status for customers. Contacts and makes pre-planned sales presentations to assigned customers. Assists in developing presentation package and provide customer feedback on new products and features. Negotiate and finalize sales contracts.

Overview of Experience:
Career-level position. Considered highly skilled at sales techniques and demonstrates strong understanding of company products / services. Comprehensive knowledge within area of specialization. May utilize knowledge of industry/clients to recommend updates or changes to product/service offerings.
Complexity of Role:
Completes complex sales. Utilizes knowledge of product/service and industry to evaluate and recommend best solutions for clients. Typically has established base of accounts and stable revenue responsibility.
Degree of Autonomy:
Sales completed with little to no supervision. Maintains an established network of contacts. Demonstrates strong ability to identify and cultivate sales from new and/or existing clients.
Experience:
Bachelors degree preferred
Medical Qualification a strong plus
Minimum 5 years experience in sales
Experience in capital goods sales process a plus
