The Role
To successfully execute the consolidation, we will define the Power Platform target-state architecture for the consolidated tenant, including the environment strategy, governance model, ALM approach, security model, and connector strategy. We will define the tenant-to-tenant migration approach, covering discovery, classification (criticality), packaging strategy (solutions), pre-move remediation, move execution, post-move validation and fix patterns. We will establish runbooks and gates for connection reference remediation, ownership transitions, environment settings alignment, DLP policy alignment and managed/unmanaged solution handling. We will define how the factory identifies and remediates common issues, specifically focusing on broken connections, consent issues, connector availability differences, environment variable mismatches, and policy blocks. Additionally, we will coordinate dependencies with Identity/Entra Apps discipline for consent/SSO/service principal remediation patterns, app registrations, service principals, API permissions, admin consent, and conditional access. We will define validation and acceptance criteria that are meaningful, including functional smoke tests for high-impact apps/flows, business sign-off artefacts, and rollback/recovery guidance. We will also govern exceptions and technical debt, determining what can be deferred, what must be fixed before cutover and what requires business acceptance of risk. Finally, we will drive telemetry/reporting to track defect categories, remediation throughput, rework rate, top blockers and the continuous improvement backlog.

Required Technical and Professional Experience:
Proven delivery of tenant-to-tenant Power Platform migration in production (Power Apps + Power Automate) , must be demonstrated.
Strong Power Platform architecture experience: environments, solutions, governance/DLP, security roles, connector strategy, operational support.
Experience diagnosing and remediating migration defects at scale (connections, ownership, consent, ALM/solution issues).
Ability to produce factory-grade runbooks, quality gates, evidence packs and repeatable remediation patterns.
Strong stakeholder management with app owners and business SMEs; can protect business outcomes without allowing uncontrolled exceptions.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:
Dataverse experience (security roles, capacity considerations, integration patterns).
Experience with PP ALM pipelines / DevOps integration.
