Role Summary

Our team in Wronki is growing, and we are looking for new members to join our Inbound Logistics Team. This role is responsible for coordinating inbound shipments, ensuring smooth logistics execution, and maintaining close cooperation with internal partner - Samsung Electronics (SEPM).

Key Responsibilities

·  Collect and manage shipment data after origin booking (BKG)

·  Prepare and maintain in-transit shipment lists for SEPM

·  Manage inbound materials, invoices, bills of lading, and arrival data in Cello (internal logistics system)

·  Monitor daily shipment status and identify delays

·  Share logistics documentation with SEPM and SDS Customs Team

·  Execute logistics operations, including:

·        Communication with shipping lines regarding planned discharge times

·        Container pickup planning

·        Ordering trucks and trains from subcontractors

·        Monitoring and updating delivery plans

·  Track & trace shipments and report delivery results

·  Collect Proof of Delivery (POD) after unloading

Requirements

·  University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transport, or a related field

·  Good command of English (spoken and written)

·  Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, preferably in a similar inbound role

·  Knowledge of sea and land transportation processes

·  Ability to work under time pressure and manage multiple tasks

·  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

·  Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
