Accounting Staff Support

Hubert Vester Auto Group’s Accounting team is looking for a positive, energetic team player to support the Accounting Staff. In this role, the right person will be able to handle the following and more:

• File all required documentation on the appropriate files.

• Scan all required documentation on CDK’s DSDA system.

• Maintain service records.

• Support remote positions with scanning and filing documents.

• Order office supplies as needed.
