Youth Care Worker

A day in the life of a Youth Care Worker at Norris Academy is rarely the same, HARD WORK, EXCITING, IMPACTFUL, and very REWARDING. As a youth care worker at Norris Academy, you are helping to care for and support autistic youth. This is a 100% onsite position. Duties include but are not limited to: • Assist residents with personal care tasks • Support independent living skills and treatment goals • Ensure residents safety at all times • Enforce facility rules, policies, and routines
