Superintendent - Orlando

Responsibilities

• Supervise all levels of project work onsite with ability to lead and mentor other team members as needed
• Oversee the performance of work related to scheduling, vendor coordination, logistics, inspections, and quality control
• Manage the overall site safety as required and ensuring subcontractor compliance
  
• Maintain a safe and clean project site at all times
• Report to project management team as needed with all manpower reporting, existing conditions, drawing conflicts, daily logs, site photos, etc
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' of field experience on commercial construction projects (preferably in Central Florida)
  
  • Interiors experience is a plus
• Proficiency in reading plans and specifications
• TEAM PLAYER: able to coordinate and lead both internal and vendor team members
