Job Description
AVP-Reporting & Budget Control
Role Purpose
1.Report Management
- Process and manage databases for sales reporting, forecasting, and productivity analysis.
- Provide revenue profiling and in-depth analysis of product performance.
- Oversee sales reporting, including data collection, processing, analysis, and recommendations.
- Monitor sales performance through dashboards, tracking systems, alerts, and improvement suggestions.
- Prepare management reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly).
2. Sales Performance Management
- Track and evaluate sales performance at both individual and unit levels.
- Perform regular sales incentive calculations and manage the payment process.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Analyze and assess sales performance to support the development of sales programs.
- Generate monthly scorecards with performance KPI summaries and insights.
3. Pipeline Management
- Oversee the entire sales pipeline, from lead generation to cash realization, providing analysis and recommendations.
- Design and optimize sales operations based on data insights, ensuring efficiency.
- Develop necessary systems to support effective pipeline management.
4. Budget Management
- Monitor and report on BTR (Budget to Revenue) performance.
- Conduct budget allocation analysis and evaluate its effectiveness.
- Track and oversee budget execution processes.
5. Wholesale & Carrier Account Support
- Participate in projects that enhance Wholesale & Carrier Account performance.
- Develop and maintain sales-related business processes in collaboration with other functions.
Coordinate with Sales Operations to ensure performance results align with sales targets
Requirements

Specific Qualification:
- In-depth understanding of account management to support analysis and evaluation of sales performance
- Excellent writing, reading and speaking skills in English language; knowledge of local language is preferred
- Corporate level proficiency in Excel, MSWord, PowerPoint, business email and computer skills.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in data mining and providing in Telco company
- Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedures
