Job Description

Bellese is a mission-driven Digital Services Company committed to pioneering innovative technology solutions in civic healthcare. Our dedication lies in making a meaningful impact on public health outcomes.

Driven by service design, we strive to know the “Why” to understand the healthcare journey for patients, caregivers, providers, payers, and policymakers. Our goal is to design and build solutions that reduce confusion, provide clarity, support decision making, and streamline the process so that we and our partners can focus on providing better health outcomes by improving patient care and reducing costs and burden.

About the Role

This role is designed specifically for recent college graduates (class of '25 or '26).  No other candidates will be considered.  While it focuses on using technology to solve challenges in healthcare, it does not require any specific background in computer science or AI.  Critical thinking, creativity, and initiative are just as valuable as any technical proficiency.

We are building a fast-moving, AI-driven team focused on rapidly prototyping and deploying solutions that push healthcare technology forward. As a technology associate, you will work shoulder-to-shoulder with experienced engineers, product leaders, and healthcare technology experts to turn ambitious ideas into working prototypes — in weeks, not quarters.

While this is a role designed for recent college graduates, this is not a passive learning role. You will be given real problems, real data, and real accountability from day one. If you are energized by ambiguity and driven to make an immediate impact, this role is designed for you.

After 9 months of work, high-performing associates will be offered direct consulting roles with an expected ~20% salary increase.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with an AI-first team to rapidly prototype innovative healthcare technology solutions

  • Experiment with emerging AI tools, large language models, and automation frameworks to accelerate development cycles

  • Work on solutions touching FHIR-based data exchange, digital quality measurement, and next-generation clinical workflows

  • Translate complex healthcare challenges into working proof-of-concept applications

  • Participate in iterative design sprints, presenting prototypes to internal stakeholders

  • Identify opportunities where AI can drive measurable impact and advocate for those ideas with data

What We Are Looking For

Required

  • andidates who have completed a college degree within the last 18 months (any discipline considered)

  • Strong technical aptitude — you do not need to be a software engineer, but you must be genuinely comfortable with technology and eager to go deeper

  • Demonstrated curiosity about AI tools, including hands-on experimentation with LLMs, automation, or AI-assisted workflows

  • Passion for solving hard problems

  • Strong communication skills — able to explain technical ideas to non-technical audiences

  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where requirements evolve rapidly

Nice to Have

  • Coursework or project experience in health informatics, computer science, data science, or a related field

  • Familiarity with FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) or healthcare data standards

  • Experience with Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar languages

  • Prior internship or project work in a healthcare, biotech, or health-tech environment

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or API-based development
