Manager, Sales Homes

The Residential Homes Sales Manager will drive aggressive sales growth by leading and optimizing the realtor sales program for our residential homes portfolio. This role is responsible for recruiting, assessing, and developing relationships with high-performing realtors who can actively promote our homes, while building robust sales systems and processes to deliver consistent results. The Sales Manager will combine strong systems thinking with relentless follow-up and a keen eye for identifying realtors who have what it takes to deliver exceptional sales performance.
