You will lead the development of competitive technical and commercial proposals for major substation EPC projects, shaping winning solutions in sectors such as utilities, renewables, conventional generation, BESS, and data centers. The position requires close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams across regions to ensure high-quality, commercially sound, and timely tender submissions. You will act as a key interface with global customers, influencing negotiations and strengthening long-term strategic relationships. With direct impact on order intake, margins, and pipeline growth, this role combines strategic sales leadership with hands-on pursuit execution.
