What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional patient-facing customer service
- Keep provider schedules full and optimized
- Handle patient check-in/check-out and EMR documentation
- Verify insurance and benefits eligibility
- Collect copays and balances accurately
- Keep the front office organized, efficient, and professional
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Medical Receptionist, Front Desk Coordinator, or Patient Service Representative
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced medical office
- Comfortable with EMR/EHR systems and scheduling software
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Professional, friendly, and confident communication
Healthcare experience is a plus, but we will train the right person with the right mindset.
