Position Purpose: The Director, Client Implementation leads to the successful onboarding and implementation of new client partnerships, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to long-term service delivery. This role oversees the planning, execution, and optimization of implementation projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements, timelines, and quality standards. The Director, Client Implementation serves as a strategic partner to clients, providing guidance, managing expectations, and proactively addressing risks to ensure an exceptional implementation This position is responsible for defining best practices, strengthening operational processes, and driving continuous improvement to maximize client satisfaction and organizational efficiency.

Position Purpose: The PMO Manager is responsible for developing and managing service delivery and best practice processes for the day-to-day operations for MBOs Enterprise Client(s). The PMO will assist in assuring operational excellence in meeting client expectations and service legal agreements. 

Responsibilities:

Client Relationships:

  • Nurture professional relationships with peers and/or counterparts within the client’s organization
  • Set realistic expectations for operation capabilities and costs
  • Focus on continuous improvement of service delivery  
  • Ensure commitments to client are met and client satisfaction goals are achieved alongside PMO Specialist

Service Excellence:

  • Ensure client needs and performance requirements are met through consistent, efficient, and effective processes
  • Respond to and resolve operating problems (daily processes, VMS, etc.) and escalations
  • Ensure compliance with client procurement policies, guidelines, and processes
  • Fulfill contract SLA’s  
  • Conduct client/stakeholder training on MBO’s processes and vendor management program
  • Provide client reporting on service delivery measurements and client specific statistics

Requirements:

  • 4+ years professional experience, working with Client/Customer escalations
  • 2+ years staffing, recruiting, MSP, and/or Vendor Management experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or equivalent work experience preferred 
  • Proficient in developing professional relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and listening
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Proficient negotiation skills
  • Proven customer service skills 
  • Ability to prioritize and effectively handle multiple tasks that require attention to detail
  • Ability to lead and/or contribute to a team environment
  • Demonstrate initiative and self-motivation
  • Efficient time management skills
  • Functional PC skills to include Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint other internet-based web tools
