Job Description
- Create and implement a cohesive user experience direction, strategy and roadmap for YouTube TV and PrimeTime Channels on YouTube.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Connected TV space within Google and YouTube to develop innovative product design concepts and UI patterns that elevate the ability for viewers to discover, consume and participate in media content on YouTube.
- Identify knowledge gaps and oversee UXR to understand user needs and inform YouTube TV and Primetime Channels strategy.
- Provide thought leadership to advocate a product design point of view for cross-product partners and executive leadership; set the standard for UX design practice not only as a means to delivering solutions, but as a way of deepening understanding and driving strategic conversations in a complex problem space.
- Manage design teams supporting with career trajectories.
