KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In this exciting position your responsibilities include amongst others:
•Be in the lead for complaint handling processes and in time reporting
•Support complex activities to identify root causes as well as the implementation of containment and corrective actions
•Review and discuss 8D reports with root cause organization and approve them
•Explain technical details as well as corrective actions to customers
•Join crisis teams and carry out risk assessments
•Support alerts and product recalls
•Work in international teams across the globe and support companywide quality improvements
•Work in close cooperation with local and international quality labs
•Key user for Quality IT tools
•Provide reporting of complaint statistics to internal stakeholders
YOUR PROFILE
•PhD or Master’s degree in electrical engineering or physics
•Minimum 3 years in a similar position preferred
•Knowledge in semiconductor assembly processes as well as in semiconductor applications, preferably for discrete devices
•Knowledge of standard quality and problem-solving tools, like 8D report, 3x5 Why analysis is of advantage, FMEA etc. preferred
•Know how in standard software tools (e.g. Office, Excel), problem solving techniques and in statistical data analysis
•Very good spoken and written English
•Confidence in technical discussions with customers.
•Very good communication and presentation skills
•Good team player and willingness to travel

•You will be part of the Quality department, but you will cooperate with many other departments like deveopment, fab engineering, marketing, product management and industrial engineering.
