About the Role

We’re hiring a Product Marketing Executive to support ManageBac+, our multi-curricular teaching and learning platform used by IB World Schools and British curriculum schools globally; connecting curriculum management, teaching, assessment, reporting, communication, and student learning in one unified experience.

This is an ideal role for someone with experience in international education, preferably with familiarity with LMS/VLE platforms used in international schools, who combines curriculum understanding with strong copywriting and digital marketing skills. You’ll play a central role in shaping messaging, producing compelling assets, and bringing campaigns to life in collaboration with Product, Marketing, Sales, Client Experience, and Web/Design teams.

Experience with international curricula and academic year cycles is desirable, to ensure authenticity and credibility in messaging, particularly across IB and British school environments.

This role reports to the Head of Product Marketing.


What You’ll Do

Messaging & Positioning

  • Support refinement of value propositions and messaging for IB and British curriculum schools
  • Translate platform capabilities into clear benefits for school leaders, coordinators, and teachers (including the ability to simplify technical releases for educators)
  • Conduct customer interviews and extract insights to inform positioning and messaging
  • Shape target personas, buyer journeys, and messaging priorities

Campaign & Asset Execution

  • Create landing pages, lead magnets, brochures and messaging/enablement decks
  • Brief and coordinate with Web and Design teams to deliver digital assets, including videos
  • Work across departments in order to support go-to-market strategy which resonates with educators and our schools, driving product growth for new logos, upsells, and renewals, as well as awareness internally within the company
  • Craft strong go-to-market strategies which resonate with educators and our schools in order to promote product growth for new logos, upsells, and renewals
  • Support webinar campaigns and events
  • Produce customer case studies and testimonials in collaboration with our content team

Sales Enablement

  • Develop one-pagers, battlecards and objection-handling materials
  • Ensure messaging consistency across global region

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product to understand feature updates
  • Align with regional Marketing Managers on campaign execution
  • Coordinate timelines and deliverables across teams


What We’re Looking For

  • Exposure to international education environments (IB, British curriculum, or similar)
  • Familiarity with ManageBac+ or similar LMS/VLE platforms used in schools
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Education, or a related field
  • Exceptional written English and strong attention to detail
  • Strong storytelling, messaging, and copywriting ability
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Confident using AI tools to accelerate content production
  • Comfortable coordinating briefs and managing stakeholders
  • 0–3 years’ experience in marketing, content, education, or related roles

  • Consistent GTM execution in line with the product roadmap
  • High-performing landing pages and campaign assets
  • Sales team actively using your enablement materials
  • Strong collaboration and working relationship with Product, Demand Generation, Sales and Client Experience
