Job Description
- Influence executive-level decision-making around core business decisions, such as prioritization of growth opportunities, through scalable and actionable insights to increase productivity.
- Support the execution of customer management programs and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Design and lead programs around new customer acquisition, business attainment, and market development objectives.
- Gather customer and field feedback and work with the Data Cloud product teams to continually optimize GTM strategy and execution, aligned to changing market and customer needs.
- Organize the design and implementation of the business cadence to deliver effective operations including reporting success of Data Cloud GTM by running regional Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs)/QBRs with the General Manager (GM) and field leaders and GTM-Product Interlock sessions.
