Position Summary
Baptist Health is seeking a strategic, relationship-focused Senior Recruiter, Operations to serve as the primary talent acquisition partner for our operational business portfolio. This role is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies that attract top talent while delivering exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience.
This role serves as the lead recruiter for our operations portfolio and provides recruitment strategy, prioritization, and day-to-day coordination for supporting recruiting resources. The Senior Recruiter will build trusted relationships with leaders, provide talent market insights, develop proactive sourcing strategies, and manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of operational and business support positions.
The ideal candidate is a highly skilled recruiter who excels at stakeholder management, creative sourcing, and delivering results in high-volume and business-critical recruiting environments. This individual must be comfortable balancing strategic consultation with hands-on recruiting execution while influencing leaders and driving recruitment outcomes.
This position may be performed remotely, with monthly travel to Baptist Health locations for leadership meetings, stakeholder engagement, workforce planning discussions, and team collaboration.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a sourcing expert who enjoys identifying talent others cannot find and building relationships before positions become urgent. This individual is equally comfortable consulting with senior leaders, leading hiring events, developing creative talent attraction strategies, and personally engaging passive candidates.

Minimum Qualifications
Associate degree required.
Five (5) years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Experience supporting high-volume, operational, business services, customer service, financial services, shared services, contact center, healthcare, or similar workforce environments.
Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill positions.
Experience managing multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously.
Experience planning and executing recruitment events, career fairs, networking events, and talent attraction initiatives.
Strong relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and consultative influencing skills.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
