What you´ll do Based onsite at our Riviera Beach, FL location, lead and execute the end-to-end quality strategy—ensuring company quality standards are met at every stage from raw material sourcing to final product delivery—while maintaining oversight and alignment across additional sites in Chicago, IL and Lafayette, CO. Work with suppliers to ensure raw materials meet quality standards and resolve any quality issues in a timely manner. Drive continuous improvement programs across the value chain to improve product quality and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with international and national quality standards and regulations. Monitor quality performance metrics across the supply chain and generate statistical reports to inform decision making Develop and deliver high quality training programs for employees throughout the supply chain to ensure understanding of quality standards. Conduct risk assessments and implement preventative measures to mitigate quality risks throughout the supply chain. Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement Work closely with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, customer service to ensure quality is integrated
