
Business Process Analyst
Job Description
What you will do:
- Serve as lead of the report automation project at corporate level, leading project team to ensure functionality and accuracy of the automated reports.
- Develop strong understanding of business models and commercial processes.
- Able to lead communication and alignment with IT vendor to identify, assess various business requests, design and development of harmonized reporting templates and automatic digital tools.
- Lead BI project team for management report automation.
- Design and develop useful/validated analysis reports, including data analysis template reports and documents reports, automatic dash-boards, metric analysis.
- Responsible for database maintenance and standardized reporting preparation on monthly basis.
- Timely update reporting model and assure data quality.
- Presentation per requirement, including regular reporting, urgent reporting, mile stone reporting to support business need and commercial decision.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Finance background with leading ERP system implementation experience.
- Good understanding of financial reporting and commercial processes skilled in design and implementation on finance reporting automation.
- Leadership experience in Power BI/ Query/SQL or Database. Understand the logic behind.
- Strong systematic and logical mindset.
- Strong communication skill, able to accurately translate business requests into IT deliverables. Ensure smooth communication and alignment between business team and IT.
