  • Provide technical survey support – Communicate and collaborate with industrial and construction clients to provide essential surveying services. 
  • Gather and layout dimensional data – Collect, analyze, and report on precise measurements, ensuring accuracy in every detail. 
  • Perform calculations and drafting – Process data, perform calculations, draft layouts, and manage timesheets. 
  • Support and mentor junior surveyors – Offer guidance and expertise to surveyors and junior team members, helping them grow in their roles. 
  • Innovate and improve processes – Identify new technologies or methods to enhance our surveying services. 
  • Education – Graduate of a Civil or Geomatics Technology Program, or a Survey Engineering Program. 
  • Experience – A minimum of 5 years of experience in surveying, ideally within a civil construction or engineering environment. 
  • Certifications – Assets include Basic/Advanced Drone Pilot License, Hydrography, or Underground Utility Locating. 
  • Skills – Proficient in AutoCAD and other survey software. Strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities are essential. 
  • Mindset – Detail-oriented, flexible, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
