Scandinavian Designs - Dania Furniture is looking for a Sales Manager!
Location: North Highway 97 Bend, OR
Job Type: Full time - Non-Exempt/Hourly
Training Rate: is $18 - $22 / hr during training. Then.....
Post Training Rate: You will receive continuous base pay of $15.45 / hour, PLUS personal commissions with NO CAP on commissions.
Then, as Sales Manager, you will also receive a commission on overall store sales.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve success.
- Partner with the Store Manager to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and courteously.
- Train, coach, and develop new sales associates.
- Manage store metrics, including sales, inventory, and safety standards.
- Collaborate on merchandising, delivery, and operational processes.
- Bring energy and excitement to training sessions and team meetings.

- Experienced in commission-based sales and team building.
- A skilled communicator and expert listener.
- Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about interior design and customer service.
- Comfortable with technology and adaptable to change.
- Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
