Job Description
MAIN FUNCTION: This Position will support hospital departments in the areas of Employee Relations, Recruitment, Talent Management and Program Development. Employee Relations responsibilities may include, but not limited to, thoroughly and objectively investigating employee complaints; managing and resolving complex employee relations issues; providing HR policy guidance to employees and/or supervisors; and working directly with leaders in establishing a climate conducive to attracting and retaining hospital personnel. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field required. 8 years’ experience in Human Resources including extensive employee relations and recruiting involvement. Previous success in coordinating and implementing employee/organizational development projects.
