Apple builds consumer electronics that have touched millions and changed the way people interact with electronic devices around the world. These products have cameras and other optical technologies that need calibration and testing to ensure the quality and customer experience Apple is known for. The HWTE group is responsible for developing technologies, calibration methodologies, and instrumentation for the calibration and testing of cameras and other sensors in every single Apple product before it leaves the factory.
