The position involves close collaboration with product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps teams to transform business requirements and UX designs into robust digital products. You will also play a key role in driving engineering excellence through code reviews, best practices, and mentoring of junior developers. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will contribute both as a senior engineer and a technical decision-maker in an agile, fast-paced environment.
