Department Overview
Rakuten Total Solutions, Inc. provides comprehensive services related to corporate operations, including planning, launch support, consulting, management and execution of on-site operations, and the preparation and operation of systems and infrastructure.
The Office Environment Division leverages the expertise cultivated within the Rakuten Group to provide one-stop services for office setup and relocation, as well as general administrative operations.

Position Details
As part of a contract assignment with the Office Environment Section of Rakuten Total Solutions Co., Ltd., you will be responsible for affixing seals to application documents from Rakuten Group companies, as well as reviewing and returning those documents.
This role plays an essential part in ensuring a company’s reliability and governance. As a key player in facilitating important internal and external contracts and approval processes, it requires a high level of expertise and a strong sense of responsibility.
While the role offers stable, routine responsibilities, there is also significant opportunity to contribute to improving the organization’s overall productivity by continuously optimizing and streamlining business processes.
Furthermore, the practical knowledge of laws and internal regulations gained through this work is a major advantage that can lead to career advancement.
In addition, depending on your experience and current workload, you may be assigned other contracted tasks. You will be assigned responsibilities from the following list based on your experience and suitability.
- BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) for office operations
- Management of meeting bodies to enhance internal communication
- Planning and proposals related to employee well-being, health, and safety (including BCP measures)
- Support for improving general affairs processes through the promotion of AI and DX

Work Environment
We are currently a team of 14 people. We are actively seeking new talent to support our business expansion.
The team consists primarily of individuals with backgrounds in general affairs, as well as those with experience in facility management, office design, and sales.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Professional work experience (3+ years)
- Ability to approach tasks with flexibility and a sense of urgency
- Ability to multitask
Software Experience
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in project management and construction management for office fit-out projects, etc.
- Experience using various software related to architectural design and interior design
(CAD, project management tools, 3D modeling, Adobe graphic design software)
