Health and Wellness Director Bench

Brookdale's Bench program is a unique opportunity for an experienced Director of Nursing to learn Brookdale's policies and procedures through assignments at our senior living communities in Palm Beach County, Florida. We offer exceptional support and many resources to build your understanding of Brookdale's operational responsibilities to our residents and how we best support and encourage our associates.

Must have senior living experience and be flexible for placement within the district.

We often hire 'bench' positions to 'build strength' in our very important Director of Nursing roles. This allows the 'trainee' to work directly with multiple experienced HWD's and operational leaders. This role is to 'hire ahead of need'.
