Job Description
The Banquet Chef is responsible for overseeing all banquet culinary operations to ensure the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation are achieved for every event. This role leads the banquet kitchen team and collaborates closely with culinary leadership, catering sales, service teams, and banquet management to deliver exceptional dining experiences for members and guests. The Banquet Chef is accountable for maintaining operational efficiency, upholding health and safety compliance, managing food and labor costs, and fostering a culture of teamwork, WELL training, and continuous improvement within the banquet culinary environment.
