Pay Range: $18 - $20 per hour

We are seeking an energetic and highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team for a 6-month temporary assignment. We pride ourselves on delivering top-tier client support, and we are looking for a reliable, front-line ambassador to manage our daily customer interactions.
This position requires in-office attendance for approximately 6 months. Please note that full-time, permanent employment is not guaranteed. However, for the right candidate who demonstrates excellence, autonomy, and strong alignment with our team, there is a potential opportunity to move into a permanent, remote role.

What You'll Do?
- Receive and manage incoming customer calls in a professional, courteous manner.
- Convert incoming calls into booked service appointments according to company guidelines.
- Dispatch service calls strategically by priority and urgency to support daily goals.
- Coordinate with field service supervisors to structure and assign the next day's first calls.
- Perform light outreach to existing clients or partners as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling.
- Maintain a tidy, welcoming, and well-stocked front reception area.
What You Bring?
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, reception, or dispatching.
- Experience in an HVAC, plumbing, or electrical setting is highly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across diverse communication styles.
- Tech-savvy: Efficient typist, proficient with phone systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- High school diploma or GED preferred (not required).
- Highly organized individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and peak seasons.
