Job Description
IBM Sterling B2B Integrator
- Design, develop, and maintain EDI/B2B solutions using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (SI)
- Build and manage business processes, maps, and workflows in Sterling
- Handle trading partner onboarding, configuration, and relationship management
- Implement and support communication protocols such as AS2, SFTP, FTP, HTTP/S
- Work with EDI standards like ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, JSON, and Flat Files
- Monitor daily B2B/EDI transactions and troubleshoot production issues
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather requirements and ensure successful integrations
- Perform testing (unit, system, UAT) and maintain proper documentation
- Ensure compliance with data security and B2B communication standards
